Written over two years and recorded in a three-day time frame one winter weekend in the studio of Bomb The Music Industry guitarist Tom Malinowski on Long Island, NY, #TotalAnarchyOfTheHeart takes a look at the life of Ian Rousso with half serious/half satirical lyrics about what truly defines the American Dream, happiness, and the leaps and bounds one takes to find it all

The album consists of highly guitar driven punk, acoustic, and power pop in the vein of bands like Lagwagon, Nirvana, The Posies, Frank Turner, Dillinger Four, Say Anything, Off With Their Heads, Eve 6, Bayside, NOFX, and a seemingly infinite array of bands that Ian Rousso has grown up listening to. The album has something for everybody
